1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the Build vs. Buy interactive tool located at bvb.differentialfactor.com (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these specific terms in addition to the general Differential Factor LLC Terms of Use.
 

2. Purpose and Non-Advisory Nature

The App is provided for informational and estimation purposes only.

  • No Professional Advice: The outputs generated by the App do not constitute financial, strategic, or legal advice.
  • Estimates Only: Calculations are based on generalized models and user-supplied data. Differential Factor LLC does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or applicability of the results to your specific business situation.

 

3. User Inputs and Data

  • Accuracy of Input: You are responsible for the accuracy of any data or parameters you input into the App.
  • Data Usage: While using the App, we may process your inputs to generate results. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for details on how we handle data entered into our interactive tools.
  • No Retention: Unless you specifically create an account or save a report, Differential Factor LLC does not store individual calculation data once the session is closed.

 

4. Intellectual Property & Agent Logic

The underlying logic, algorithms, and code used to power this Agent are the proprietary intellectual property of Differential Factor LLC. You may not:

  • Reverse engineering: Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of the App.
  • Automation / scrapers: Use automated scripts or scrapers to interact with the App.
  • Commercial reuse: Repackage or resell the App's outputs as a standalone product.

 

5. Limitation of Liability

Differential Factor LLC shall not be held liable for any business decisions made based on the App's outputs. You agree that your use of the App is at your own risk and that you will perform your own independent due diligence before committing to a "Build" or "Buy" strategy.
 

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
